I want to know because I say that u dont need excellent grades for this scholarship, but my mother says different. pleaz help me prove which one of us is right.(its not an academic scholarship)

    here is the application… it appears to be a need based scholorship, not accademic… it also seems to be based on amount of benefit…

    They don’t question for grades or transcripts in the application, just the recommendations…….
