Qualification, Time Limit and Application Conditions

Scholarship for Undergraduate: Scholarship is provided to those who apply to attend undergraduate program with a time span of 4 years. Applicants are required to have a diploma comparable to a Chinese high school certificate with good records. The applicant should be younger than 25.

 

Scholarship for Postgraduate: Scholarship is provided to those who apply to attend postgraduate program with a time span of 3 years. The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree with good records and be recommended by 2 professors or 2 associate professors. Applicant will be admitted when passing the HRBNU enrollment test. The applicant should be younger than 35.

 

Scholarship for Doctorate: Scholarship is provided to those who apply to attend doctoral program with a time span of 3-4 years. The applicant should be with a Master’s Degree with good records and recommended by 2 professors or 2 associate professors. Applicant will be admitted when passed the HRBNU enrollment test. The applicant should be younger than 40.

Note: Applicants are required to have a good Chinese proficiency in that this scholarship does not cover Chinese language training.

II. Contents of Scholarship

Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarship will offer international students their fees and spending on registration, tuition, textbooks, accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance expenses. The scholarship does not include international travel fees and living fees. Any experiments or internships that are not planned in the curriculum are covered by students themselves.

III.   Application Period

Applicants shall contact Admission Office in December to get Prospectus and are required to submit documents by April 1.
