Admission scholarships for the Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) and Master of Theology (M.Th.), with a value of between $1,000 and $10,500 based on the scale provided below and the program selected, are offered to Canadian, permanent resident and international applicants.

In 1848, Joseph-Bruno Guigues, the first bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa, established the College of Bytown. In 1856, the college was officially entrusted to the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and, in 1866, it was renamed the College of Ottawa.
